Choose a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) :

Apply to the PNP :

Submit your application to the selected PNP and await nomination from the province.

Receive Provincial Nomination :

Upon receiving provincial nomination, you become eligible to apply for permanent residency through the Non-Express Entry stream.

Submit PR Application :

Complete and submit your permanent residency application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Medical Exam and Background Check :

Undergo a medical examination and background check as part of the PR application process.
